Pressure Reducing Station

  • High quality components are used which ensure reliability of the system. These are also engineered, designed and fabricated at BoilerTech and duly hydro tested before dispatch.
  • Standard steam boilers are usually designed to operate at 3.5 to 100 bar steam pressure, whereas process heating requires low steam pressure. Process work load often require operation of steam boilers at high pressure. (Entire Unit is offered with IBR certificate).
  • Low steam pressure for utility is therefore obtained through pressure reducing stations, consisting of pressure reducing valve, isolation and bypass valves, filters and steam traps.

Chimney & Ducting Works

We design and manufacture chimney according to the specific requirements of customers. Chimneys are designed taking into consideration the height of the chimney, the diameter and the wind velocity.

Correct design of the chimney ensures that the flue gases are efficiently transported into the atmosphere without any back pressure on the boiler. Our chimneys are designed & manufactured for long life and easy installation.

Air Preheater

To improve thermal efficiency of medium to large capacity solid fuel fired boilers, the forced draft air is pre-heated by the hot flue gases from boiler in large tubular heat exchangers known as air pre-heaters. This is available as a standard accessory and has to be finalized prior to order. Although additional investment and larger floor space is required for air pre-heater, the resultant fuel savings soon offset the higher cost.


These are boiler feed-water heaters in which the heat from waste flue gases is recovered to raise the temperature of feed water supplied to the boiler, thereby increasing the fuel economy, steaming capacity, life of the boiler and reducing pollution.

Water Treatment plant

 Feed water for boilers needs to be as pure as possible with a minimum of suspended solids and dissolved impurities which cause corrosion, foaming and water carryover. Various chemical treatments have been employed over the years. The most common options for demineralization of boiler feed water is reverse osmosis (RO).
